I am disappointed in this item.I will have to return it.It seemed to be packaged well but it still arrived bent out of shape.It also wasn't made as well as I had hoped.The spring that holds the paper pops out.I really need a tabletop product for my space so I was willing to pay extra.The shape and look of this is great - they just need to make it a little nicer for the price.They also need to do something to protect it better for shipping.Click Here to see more reviews about: Table-Top Toilet Tissue Holder
