Moen DN0708CH Inspirations Pivoting Paper Holder, ChromeA+++ This really is a very different kind of toilet paper holder.Just received and installed.Wonderful product.The CSI Donner ISO pivots so you simply lift up the arm to put a new roll on instead of the regular bar that is spring loaded.Such a simple design change takes this from the ordinary to the WOW!It has a nice weight to it too, not hollow like some others.I bought the matching towel bar as well.
